  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to State of Joshua, accessible from https://stateofjoshua.com/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Returns

Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All items are final sale.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your purchase.

If you notice damage upon unpacking your purchase from State of Joshua, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork/product with digital images of the damage. If we find that the artwork/product was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the artwork/product. In the event that we are unable to replace the artwork/product we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork/product and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable).

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take the utmost care in packaging the artwork/product, and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine the artwork/product on arrival before signing for them.

Artwork/produts must be removed carefully from packaging as we accepts no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork/product during unpackaging.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/exchange/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Contact us at once and no later than 48 hours of receipt of the artwork/product.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If contacted more then 48 hours after recipt of the artwork/product

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges/replacements of any artwork/product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
